The customer is responsible for set up, takedown and cleaning of all concession equipment. Cleaning charges will be applied for each unit that is not returned clean. Gel fuel cans are not included. Industrial quality stainless steel heat lamp comes with height adjustable arm to vary the temperature of the two heat lamps. Also included is a full size 2" deep insert pan and mesh insert so that drippings can pass through. Base is 15" X 20.5" and the arm height is adjustable from 17" to 27".

Simple white contemporary serving platters break from the usual tray fare with a richly plated frame style stand with carry handles. The platters themselves are canted to prevent spillage. Platter dimensions are 13.5" X 7" and the unit stands 8" high.
