Cleaning charges will be applied for each unit that is not returned clean.

An 80 - 100 LB pig takes approximately 8 hours to cook. Spit Capacity: Maximum weight capacity is 125 lbs.
30lbs of charcoal is required to start the rotisserie, and an additional 5lbs per hour is required for duration of cooking.
Ensure item is balanced properly on center spear, as this will cause the machine to not rotate properly.
