Industrial quality stainless steel heat lamp comes with height adjustable arm to vary the temperature of the two heat lamps. Also included is a full size 2" deep insert pan and mesh insert so that drippings can pass through. Base is 15" X 20.5" and the arm height is adjustable from 17" to 27".

This plate offers the ultimate in small bite, dessert and appetizer presentation. Specifically designed for oven to table presentation, the service possibilities are as vast as your imagination.
